Finally ADBL distributing 7% bonus share certificate & 8% cash dividend warrant from Shrawan 11

Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) is distributing 7% bonus share certificate and 8.79% cash dividend warrant to their shareholders from 11 Sharawan, 2072.
Agricultural Development Bank’s 8th AGM held on Jestha 30, 2072 had endorsed 7% bonus shares and 8.79% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The stock and cash dividend of Agricultural Development Bank would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday at their RTS, Ace Capital Limited located at Lalcolony Marg, Lal Durbar, Kathmandu and also from Head Office of Ace Development Bank Limited situated at Narayanchour, Naxal, Kathmandu.
The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers.
