Final Two Days Remaining to Apply for 1: 0.40 Right Shares of Api Power Company

Api Power Company Limited (API) is closing its 1: 0.40 ratio right shares to its shareholders tomorrow.
The issue opened on the 31st of Shrawan and will close on the 19th of Bhadra, 2080 (tomorrow), at the end of banking hours.
The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 4.13 Arba, which will increase to Rs. 5.78 Arba after the proposed issue. Under the new rights issue, the hydropower company will distribute the ratio of 1:0.40, resulting in a total of 1 crore 65 lakh 33 thousand 137 right shares with a nominal rate of Rs. 100 each.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) granted permission for the issuance of the right shares on Ashad 6. The company had formally applied to the board seeking permission on the 6th of Chaitra.
Laxmi Capital Markets Limited is appointed as the issue manager of this right share.
However, the company announced that the book closure date for the aforementioned rights issue is Ashad 22. As a result, only permanent shareholders will be eligible to apply for the rights until Ashad 21, 2080.
