Federal Reinsurance Brokers convenes 2nd AGM; elects new board member
Federal Reinsurance Brokers ltd as convened its 2nd AGM on Ashoj 25, 2080.
Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM has appointed Ms. Namita Sharma as the board member from the promoter shareholder group. in addition, the AGM has also authorized the board to search and welcome foreign strategic partners for the company, as per the media statement.
