Expanding Horizons: Nepal-Israel Chamber Pact on Trade and Investment

An economic and commercial cooperation agreement has been signed between the Nepal Chamber of Commerce and the Israel Asia Chamber of Commerce, covering ten topics including business information exchange, facilitating visits between business representatives, and promoting agricultural development.

The agreement, signed by Chamber of Commerce President Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal and Israel Asia Chamber of Commerce President Anat Bernstein Reich, focuses on providing information on trade and investment laws, fostering friendly relations, and enhancing trade facilitation.

The cooperation also extends to areas such as trade exhibitions, information technology, agriculture development, and food security. There are plans for reciprocal business visits and increased investment between Nepal and Israel, along with exchanging studies and research in foreign trade and industrial production.
