Everest Insurance profit rises by meager 10.66% in Q4; EPS and PE stands at Rs 5.83 and 62.61 times

Everest Insurance Company Limited (EIC) has published its fourth quarter report of FY 2075/76 with meager 10.66% rise in net profit. As per the Q4 report; the company has earned Rs 6.08 crore at the end of FY 2075/76 compared to Rs 5.05 crore in corresponding quarter.
It's paid up capital stands at Rs 1.04 arba. The reserve fund of the company has increased to Rs 14.11 crore from the corresponding years' Rs 9.19 crore. The company’s insurance fund has increased to Rs 22.72 crore from Rs 20.33 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The company’s earnings from premium (net) increased to Rs 38.44 crore in Q4 from Rs 9.64 crore in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal year.
The company has made claim payment (net) worth Rs 11.81 crore whereas the same amount stood at Rs 4.67 crore in the corresponding quarter.
The number of policies of EIC is 87,886 with 57.05% growth compared to the corresponding quarter.
Its EPS stands at Rs 5.83 while quarter end PE ratio is at 62.61 times. The net worth per share of the company amounts to Rs 135.33.
