Everest Insurance convenes its 26th AGM; endorses proposal of 8.42% dividend with 8% as bonus shares for its shareholders

Everest Insurance has convened its 26th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rajeev Sapkota on Jestha 10, 2078.
The AGM has endorsed 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend from the profit of the previous fiscal year.
