Everest Insurance has convened its 25th AGM on Shrawan 6, 2077 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rajib Sapkota.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports and highlights of the previous FY and also gave authority to the company’s board to carry forward any possible merger and acquisition with the suitable non-life insurance companies, as per the media statement.
