Everest Insurance announces 24th AGM to be held on Ashoj 1, 2076; Book closure for same on Bhadra 22, 2076

Everest Insurance Company Limited (EIC) will be conducting its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashoj 01, 2076. The AGM is going to be held at Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 2:00 PM.

The main agendas of the AGM are:

• Endorsement of financial highlights of the FY 2074/75 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2075/76.
• Providing all rights to BOD to merge or acquire with suitable non-life insurance company.

The book closure date for AGM has been set on Bhadra 22, 2076. Therefore, shareholders holding shares on Bhadra 11, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
