Everest Bank’s book closure from Sept 18 to Oct 10

Everest Bank Limited has announced that it will have a book closure from September 18 to October 10 for its Annual General Meeting.
A meeting of the commercial bank’s Board of Directors took the decision to this effect, according to a notice issued by the bank today.
Earlier, the bank’s BoD had proposed 10 percent bonus shares and 50 percent cash dividend from the earning of last fiscal year.
