Everest Bank virtually convenes its 26th AGM; endorses proposal of 10.53% dividend to its shareholders

Everest Bank has virtually convened its 26^th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5% bonus shares and 5.53% cash dividend to the shareholders, as per the media statement. the AGM has also endorsed the decision to convert 9.91% promoter shares to the general shares, as per the media statement.

The AGM also unanimously elected Mr. Nabin Bhakta Shrestha and Ms. Urmila Shrestha as board members from the general public shareholder group for the next four years.
