Everest Bank to convene 24th AGM on Poush 10; Shareholders holding till Mangsir 25 to receive 20% cash dividend

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) will be convening its 24^th AGM on Poush 10, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The agendas of the meeting include:

1. Endorsement of audited financial statement for FY 2074/75
2. Appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76
3. Endorsement of 20% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75
4. Miscellaneous

For the purpose of the meeting the shareholders register book will remain closed from Mangsir 26 till Poush 04, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Mangsir 25 will be able to participate in the AGM.
