Everest Bank Ties up with Shpun Remit of UK for Remittance Services; to provide added coverage of remittance service to expat Nepalese in the UK

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has signed an agreement with the UK Based Online Money Transfer Operator for inward remittance services from the UK To Nepal. The agreement was jointly signed by the Assistant General Manager of the Bank, Mr. Ashutosh Sharma, and the MD of the company, Mr. Wahidollah Safi.

Shpun Remit is a registered online product and trading name for M A Fastmove Limited. which is available on the web as well as mobile applications in both Android and IOS devices. Any remitters in the UK registering themselves with Shpun Remit will be able to send remittance to Nepal through Everest Remit.

This partnership will add services of the bank in the UK and will provide added coverage for remittance customers of the bank. The remittance so received from Shpun Remit will be available for payment as Bank Deposit to any Banks in Nepal in real-time 24/7 and as Cash pick up from more than 9000 payout agents all over Nepal including 103 branches of the Bank.
