Everest Bank Provides Rs 3.11 Crores for Flood Relief and Recovery
Everest Bank has provided more than Rs 3.11 crore in financial assistance to support the rescue, relief, and rehabilitation of people affected by the recent Bhote Koshi River floods. Under its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, the bank contributed Rs 2.51 crore, while its employees donated an additional Rs 60.54 lakh to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.

In addition to the cash contribution, the bank also collected and handed over essential relief materials through its employees for distribution in the disaster-affected areas. Everest Bank expressed condolences to the families who lost loved ones, wished the injured a speedy recovery, and thanked security personnel, rescue teams, local governments, organizations, and other individuals involved in relief and rescue efforts.
