Everest Bank (EBL) Proposes 10.32% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has proposed a 10.32% dividend for the FY 2077/78.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the bank has proposed 6% bonus shares and 4.32% cash dividend. The dividend is distributed on the paid-up capital of Rs. 8,89,37,17,178.
The decision taken by the 334th BOD meeting of the company is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company. As of writing, EBL has an LTP of Rs. 739.
