Everest Bank convenes its 27th AGM; endorses proposal of 10.32% dividend to shareholders

Everest Bank has convened its 27^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 1, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 6% bonus shares worth Rs 53.36 crore and 4.32% cash dividend worth Rs 38.42 crore to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. The new paid-up value of the bank will scale up to Rs 9. 42 arba after capitalization of the endorsed bonus shares.
