eSewa observes its 13th anniversary; pioneer digital wallet grows with its service coverage reaching 1.50 crore Nepalese
eSewa, the pioneer digital wallet service in Nepal, has observed its 13th anniversary on Magh 11, 2078.
eSewa currently has 50 lakh plus mobile app. and web-based users who are directly benefitted from its services while 1.50 crore people are using eSewa’s services indirectly via 1.30 lakh plus agents and eSewa zones. eSewa currently has 51 BFIs as partner institutions where the customers can send their money to and from the eSewa wallet, as per the media statement.
