World Remit and Nepal's "eSewa Money Transfer" have joined hands for remittance services. Nepali expatriates in fifty different countries can now send remittances back home to their families via World Remit’s network as Wallet, Cash Pickup, and Account credit transactions.

The Cash Pickup remittance can be received from more than 8,000 paying locations of eSewa Money Transfer. This can be received via the eSewa mobile app as well.

Furthermore, the payment sent for deposit into the bank account of families is instantly deposited in all major banks of Nepal.

Esewa Money Transfer is also providing the first remittance service free of cost in case the new user uses the promo code “Nepal” while sending the remittance amount, as per the media statement.
