Enawa Hydro appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as issue manager for its upcoming IPO; to float 19.60 lakh unit ordinary shares soon
Enawa Hydro has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as issue manager to float its 19.60 lakh unit ordinary shares worth Rs 19.60 crore in an IPO process.
The MoU was signed between BoD of the hydro company Mr. Satis Adhikari and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Devraj Adhikari amid a program.
The company is currently constructing a 9.7 MW Hydro project in the Taplejung district, as per the media statement.
