Empowering HR: Nepal's Inaugural Walkathon Marks International Human Resource Day

The Human Resources Society of Nepal (HRSN) organized Nepal's first-ever walkathon to commemorate International Human Resource Day.

Established in 2013, HRSN aims to empower HR professionals and enhance the HR function in business management.

With hundreds of members, including life and general members, the society conducts various programs like knowledge-sharing sessions, training, and national conferences.

Collaborating with NHRDN of India, HRSN has expanded its international footprint. The walkathon, themed "HR Shaping the New Future," aimed to promote employee health and well-being, starting from Nepal Rastra Bank in Baluwatar and concluding with a corner meeting. Over 100 HR experts participated, highlighting the crucial role of HR in organizational success.
