Employee Provident Fund reports increased fund size to Rs 3.01 kharba in Ashwin of FY 2075/76; Investment in shares form 1.78% of total funds

Employee Provident Fund (EPF) has published its financial report for the Q1 of FY 2075/76. EPF has reported total of its sources as Rs 3.01 kharba at the end of Q1 of FY 2075/76 which has increased from Rs 2.92 kharba of the last fiscal year.
Out of the huge source, provident fund contributes Rs 2.87 kharba while the remaining its contributed by provisions and other reserves.
The fund has stayed away from investing in any kind of debentures while it has invested 5.38 arba in the shares of different companies. The investment amount has decreased as compared to previous fiscal year’s Rs 5.48 arba. In the Q1, the investment in shares form 1.78% of the total fund capacity.
EPF has invested Rs 14.46 arba in bonds while it has deposited Rs 55.20 arba in fixed deposits. Out of the total uses of the fund, 56.37% has been floated as loans worth Rs 1.69 kharba to the members of the fund.
