Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is distributing a 20% bonus share directly to the Demat accounts of its shareholders. The company has also urged its shareholders to pay tax amount for the bonus shares.

The 9th AGM of the company held on 16th Poush, 2078 endorsed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 170th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 25 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 24,80,42,925. Since the entirety of the dividend has been proposed in bonus shares, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 4,96,08,595.

Thus, shareholders will have to manually pay the tax amount on bonus shares. They should deposit the exact tax amount on the following account number:
