EBL organizes free health camps

KATHMANDU, JAN 19: 

Everest Bank organized free health checkup camps in Bhadrapur and Birtamode on Thursday and Friday. Around 600 people received free treatment from a team of doctors led by Dr Bharat Rawat, a cardiac specialist, at health camps held in two places, according to a statement issued by the bank. “The programs were held to facilitate early diagnosis of various health problems,” the statement says. 

On the sidelines of health camps, interaction programs were also held, where Rawat responded to queries put forth by a large number of people. Meanwhile, Everest Bank on Friday opened a new extension counter and ATM in Damak, Jhapa. With this expansion, the bank now has a network of 48 branch offices, three extension counters, 20 revenue collection counters and 63 ATMs.
