Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort Appoints Citizens Capital as Issue and Sales Manager for Public Share Issuance

An agreement was signed between Omstone Hotels Limited (Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort) and Citizens Capital Limited for the appointment of Issue and Sales Manager for its public share issuance. This agreement was signed by both dignitaries of Omstone Hotels Limited by Managing Director, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Humal, and of Citizens Capital Limited by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha during an official signing ceremony. Mr. Vishnu Mor, the principal foreign investor also attended this ceremony as the resort’s founders.

Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort, which began operations in late 2023, is a luxury flagship resort of the renowned Thai hospitality brand Dusit International which is located in Patlekhet, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchok. With breathtaking views of the Himalayas and the valley the resort is a model of a "high-value integrated resort" and aims to support Nepal's vision of promoting high-value tourism.

Citizens Capital, a leading investment firm chaired by Mr. Rajendra Lal Shrestha, brings expertise in financial advisory, PMS, and mutual funds. It is licensed by the Nepal Securities Board to directly engage with investors including Citizens Bank and the Employees Provident Fund. The partnership marks a significant step towards expanding investment opportunities in Nepal’s growing tourism and hospitality sector.
