Due to a Lack of Quorum, Himal Dolakha Hydropower Reconvenes its Adjourned AGM on Bhadra 19

According to the decision of the Board of Directors of Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC) held on Shrawan 13, the company's 13th and 14th Annual General Meetings of the company had been called to be held on Bhadra 3.

However, in accordance with the decision of the company's board of directors dated Bhadra 10, the adjourned AGM of the company will be reconvened on the following date, time, and location due to the adjournment of the quorum in accordance with Section 73 of the Act, 2063 and the provisions of the company's regulations.

Time:11:30 am

Place: Lisara Banquet Hall, Naxal, Kathmandu.

Additionally, because the company's 13th and 14th annual general meetings were continuations of the same general meeting and were postponed due to lack of quorum of shareholders, the discussions and decisions on the resolutions set for the same annual general meeting are being disclosed to shareholders.
