Dordi Khola Hydropower Has Appointed NIC Asia Capital As Issue Manager For It's Rights Share Issuance

NIC Asia Capital Limited was appointed as the issue and sales manager for Dordi khola Hydropower Limited's rights share issuance. 

Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited has received approval from its Annual General Meeting held on Poush 29, 2082, to issue rights shares. The company plans to issue up to 11,938,714.58 units of rights shares in the ratio of 1:0.5662, based on its current paid-up capital of Rs. 2.10 arba.

Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited was incorporated on February 26, 2010, now currently operating a 12MW Dordi-I HEP in Lamjung district, Gandaki Province of Nepal. The project is a run of the river  type and has been developed at 40% probability of exceedance (Q40). The project was completed at a total cost of NPR 2,902 million and has been in commercial operation since October 3, 2022.
