Today is the last day to grab the dividend of the following companies. All of their book closure dates are tomorrow. Thus, investors who manage to buy the shares of the companies in today's market session are also entitled to the already-declared dividend. Furthermore, they also get the chance to attend the company's upcoming AGM.

1) Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL)

The 380th meeting of the board of directors of Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) held on Poush 04 has called its 13th AGM on Poush 26. The meeting will be streamed virtually starting from 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. Lumbini Bikas Bank has proposed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
