Today is the last day to grab the 11.05% dividend of Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL). The company has called its 4th AGM on 14th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Marshyangdi River View Resort, Tanahun, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) has proposed Rs. 40 per share cash dividend to its shareholders. The 888th meeting of the board of directors held today decided on the matter.

The 342nd meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 03 has decided to distribute 19.00565% bonus shares from the existing paid-up capital of Rs 79,23,99,384 and 1% cash dividend for tax purpose. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 15,06,00,600 and cash dividend is worth Rs 79,26,348.
