Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, with an aim to promote helping attitude among Nepalese youths, has felicitated rafting guide Mr. Sonam Tamang with cash prize of Rs 15K for his courageous effort to save lives of several travelers when the bus they were travelling recently met with an accident at Bhotekoshi river near Sukute beach in Sindhupalchowk.
The ill-fated bus met with an accident on Kartik 17, 2076 when it was travelling to Kathmandu via Sukute beach.
