Do you have unclaimed dividend of Citizens Bank for FY 2071/72? You have 35 days to claim it

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has published a notice urging investors to collect the unclaimed cash dividend of the fiscal year 2071/72.

The bank had distributed 20% bonus shares and a 1.05% cash dividend for the fiscal year. Since it has already been five years from this dividend distribution date, the bank is required to deposit this sum in the Investors Protection Fund if investors do not claim their dividend in 35 days from today.

In order to claim their dividend, investors should present the necessary documentation to the bank's share registrar, CBIL Capital located in Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. 

Meanwhile, Citizens Bank has distributed 8% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. As of writing, the company's LTP stands at Rs. 240 per share.
