Divya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Chaitra 17, 2076 at Amrit Bhog, Dillibajar, Kathmandu from 3 PM onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Falgun 20, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Regarding merger and acquisition with NRN Laghubitta and Kisan Laghubitta.
- Conducting DDA and approving the share swap ratio of all three companies at 1:1:1.
