Divya Laghubitta publishes profit for the first time in second quarter of FY 75/76; look at other major indicators

Divya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has published its second quarter (Q2) report of FY 2076/77. The microfinance has reported a net profit of Rs.22.46 Lakhs, which was at loss of Rs.30.38 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Similarly, its net interest income has also increased from Rs.18.80 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year to Rs.1.24 Crore till the second quarter of 2076/77. Its paid-up capital stands at Rs.7.70 Crore with negative reserve of Rs.49.53 Lakhs.

The company has borrowings of Rs.32.58 Crore till the second quarter. Likewise, it has extended loans and advances of Rs.42.20 Crore till Q2 whereas in the same period last year the figure stood at Rs.3.38 Crore. The deposits grew to Rs.7.76 Crore.
