Dish TV acquires SIM TV; SIM TV’s management vested immediately to Dish Media

Dish Media Network Limited has agreed to acquire Simple Media Network Pvt. Ltd. The meeting of the board members of both the companies held on Ashadh 29, 2075 has agreed for the acquisition of SIM TV by Dish home network.

The management of SIM TV has been immediately vested in the hands of Dish Media Network whereas the purchase of the shares will be made in the near future.

Dish Media Network (Dish Home) is the biggest and the most successful company in the Pay TV Industry. The company was converted as a public company on Ashadh 18, 2075 and has plans of floating its shares for the general public.

Dish Media Network will be focusing on the use of new technology, aggressive market expansion, full digitalization and efficient management.
