Diprox Laghubitta to conduct AGM on Mangsir 26; 50% dividend in offing

Diprox Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (DDBL) is going to hold its 13th Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 26, 2071. The bank is offering 35 percent bonus share and 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it earned during last fiscal year 2070/71.

The bank has also announced the book closure date for the same from Mangsir 16 to Mangsir 26.

Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Mangsir 15 will be allowed to sit at the annual general meeting.

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and increment of authorized capital.

Diprox Laghubitta offered 25 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders previous fiscal year.
