Dibyashwori Hydropower appoints Mega Capital Market as issue manager to float its 100% right shares

Dibyashwori Hydropower has appointed Mega Capital Market as issue manager for the issuance of its right shares to the existing shareholders.
The company is floating its shares in the ratio of 1:1, as per the media statement.
The MoU was signed between Acting CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Sulav Shrestha and Marketing head of the bank Mr. Giriraj Pokharel, and the chairman of the hydropower Mr. Dadiram Niraula and Mr. Buddha Krishna Manandhar from hydropower amid a program, as per the media statement.
