Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Proposes 15% Dividend for FY 2079/80; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DLBS) has proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.

The 8th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 22 has decided to distribute 14.25% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 10.31 crores, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1,89,66,750 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 9,98,250.

This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the microfinance company.

As of writing, DLBS has an LTP of Rs. 590.
