Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Calls 7th AGM With These Agendas? When's the Book Closure?

Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DLBS) has called its 7th AGM on 22nd Baisakh, 2083. The meeting will be held in Dhaulagiri Community Resource Development Center, Baglung starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1. To discuss and approve the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2081/82 presented by the Board of Directors.
2. To discuss and approve the Balance Sheet , Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules for FY 2081/82 along with the Auditor’s Report.
3. To appoint an Auditor for FY 2082/83 and to determine their remuneration.
4. .To authorize the Board of Directors to carry out all necessary procedures related to merger or acquisition with other microfinance financial institutions.
5. Misc.

Baisakh 10 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
