KATHMANDU:
DCBL Bank is changing its name as Grand Bank Nepal. The bank has already got approval from Nepal Rastra Bank to change the name, it said, adding that it will be officially in the bank’s byelaws and regulation after it is approved from the bank’s AGM. The bank will also be issuing bonus shares to increase its paid up capital to Rs 2 billion.
