Development banks post profits

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited has posted an operating profit of Rs 15 crore 35 lakh for the fiscal year 2069/70. The bank collected deposits of Rs Rs 3 arba 66 crore and disbursed loans of Rs 3 arba 5 crore in the FY.

Likewise, Om Finance earned a profit of Rs 12 crore 78 lakh while attracting deposits of Rs 3 arba 73 crore and extending loans of 3 arba 24 crore. The finance’s net profit stood at Rs 8 crore 13 lakh.

City Development Bank has reported an operating profit of Rs 11 crore 25 lakh and deposits of Rs 2 arba 97 crore and loans of Rs 2 arba 30 crore.

Gandaki Bikas Bank has announced an operating profit of Rs 9 crore 5 lakh, while pulling in Rs 2 arba 50 crore in deposits and dispensing Rs 2 arba 14 crore as loans.

Meanwhile, Surkhet branch of Rastriya Banijya Bank has said that its profit increased by 57 percent, deposit by 82 percent and loans by 62 percent.
