Development banks aggressive in loan expansion now! Garima Bikas Bank to provide home and SME loan in 8.88% interest upto 100% of project cost

Garima Bikas Bank has launched two new loan schemes Garima Easy SME Loan and Garima Easy Home Loan scheme under its expanding credit instrument portfolio.

The development bank is offering both these loan schemes at an aggressive interest rate of 8.88% where the bank is ready to extend the credit of up to 100% of the project cost as well as up to 100% of the valuation amount, as per the media statement.

Customers can also migrate their loans from other banks without any charge and all borrowers will get up to 50% discount in service charges, as per the media statement.

The development bank currently has 106 branches and 51 ATM booths under its network.
