Deva Bikas Bank to convene AGM on Ashad 12, to endorse DDA report and final acquisition agreement for the acquisition of Western Development Bank

Deva Bikas Bank Limited (DBBL) will be convening its 12th AGM on Ashad 12, 2076. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Nepal Police Club, Exhibition Road, Kathmandu at 11:30 AM.

The major agendas of the meeting include

• To endorse 5.5% bonus share worth Rs 13.93 crore from the profit of FY 2074/75.
• The fractional stock dividend will kept as it is and will adjusted in future. After the distribution of bonus share, paid up capital will rise to Rs. 2.67 arba.
• To approve the DDA report, final acquisition agreement and swap ratio for acquisition of Western Development Bank.
• To give the authority to BOD regarding further merger and acquisitions.
• Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.

For the purpose of the meeting the shareholders register book of the bank will remain closed on Ashad 6, 2076 i.e the shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Ashad 5, 2076 can claim for dividend and participate on AGM.
