Dev Kumar Dhakal Appointed as Chairperson of Rastriya Banijya Bank Board

Dev Kumar Dhakal has been unanimously appointed as the new Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBBL) and officially assumed office on Shrawan 2.

Dhakal brings over 30 years of experience at Nepal Rastra Bank, most recently serving as Director, with deep expertise in financial systems, banking administration, and regulatory frameworks.

He was warmly welcomed by board members and senior management. Established in 2022 B.S., RBBL currently operates 309 branches across all 77 districts, serving over 4.7 million customers, and is focused on digital and sustainable banking services.
