Deprosc starts distributing bonus share certificates

Deprosc Laghu Bitta Bikas Bank Limited is distributing bonus share certificates to its shareholders.
According to a notice issued by the microfinance development bank, the certificates can be collected from 10:00 10 3:00 PM from Sunday through Thursday, and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Fridays from the office of its RTS, Ace Capital Limited at Lal Durbar, Kathmandu.
The microfinance institution has endorsed 20 percent bonus shares and 15 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year.
It had distributed cash dividend warrants to the shareholders earlier this month.
Diprox had posted a net profit of Rs.6.19 crore in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
