Deprosc Laghubitta urges shareholders to update bank information in Demat account; 15% cash dividend being directly deposited in shareholders' account

Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) has approved 15% cash dividend for its shareholders from the 18th AGM held on Magh 26, 2076. The dividend includes tax amount for the bonus as well as cash dividend too.

The company has published a notice today informing that the company has started distribution from Falgun 01, 2076 to the respective bank accounts of the shareholders. Therefore, those who haven't dematerialized their shares or haven't updated bank account information in Demat account are urged to do so in order to receive the dividend.

Siddhartha Capital Limited is the share registrar of the company.
