Deprosc Laghubitta Sanstha Successfully Conducted 22nd AGM

Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) convened its 22nd Annual General Meeting in Sauraha, Chitwan, chaired by Mr. Deepak Khanal.

The meeting discussed and approved the annual report for 2079/80, proposed appointments of auditors, and approved the distribution of 10 percent bonus shares and 0.52632 percent cash dividend.

With the issuance of bonus shares, the organization's paid-up capital reached Rs. 1 Arba 70 crore 61 lakhs 96 thousand. Mr. Khanal addressed shareholder queries on the annual report, while CEO Shesh Raman Acharya delivered a welcome speech.
