Deprosc Laghubitta convenes its 19th AGM; endorses proposal of 20% dividend to shareholders

Deprosc Laghubitta has convened its 19^th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Dipak Khanal on Chaitra 20, 2077.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 15% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend to shareholders. after the capitalization of the proposed dividend, the paid up value of the company will scale up to Rs 1.15 arba, as per the media statement.

The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the previous fiscal year and has elected new BoDs from promoters’ group who include Mr. Dipak Khanal from Lumbini Bikas Bank, Mr. Yagya Prakash Neupane from Agriculture Development Bank, and Mr. Ganesh Kumar K.C. from Deprox Nepal. The board then unanimously elected Mr. Dipak Khanal as new chairman, as per the media statement.

Microfinance currently has 124 branches in 71 districts serving more than 1.32 lakh customers.
