Depositors of Crystal Finance, Which Is In Process of Liquidation Are Requested To Lodge Claims For Unpaid Deposits

Depositors of Crystal Finance Limited which is currently in the process of liquidation are invited to lodge claims for unpaid deposits. The office of the Crystal Finance liquidator, which was set up in accordance with the High Court's Patan order, released a public notice today, and the depositors are required to respond to the notice if they have any unpaid claims left with the company.

The office has the customers, associations, and businesses with deposit accounts in the former Crystal Finance, which is in the process of being liquidation, to submit claims for their unpaid deposits along with the necessary information within 15 days of the date this notice was published.

For deposit payment claims, the name, deposit amount, depositor's signature (at the time the account was opened), copy of citizenship certificate, copy of registration, and, in the case of companies and associations, PAN certificate, along with other required documents, must be submitted in accordance with Nepal Rastra Bank's customer identification procedure.

In accordance with the ruling of the Patan Appellate Court on Kartik 20, 2072, and the Patan High Court's judgment on Poush 12, 2077, a liquidator has been appointed for the liquidation process of Crystal Finance Limited.
