DEMAT account now on your mobile phone! NMB Bank launches mobile banking services for Demat account holders

NMB Bank becomes the first Bank in the country to introduce the facility of viewing the demat share status through mobile phones.

In addition to Internet Banking, the Bank’s customer can view their Demat account from their mobile phones. In partnership with depository participant NMB Capital Limited its wholly owned subsidiary, Demat accounts can be opened from any of the branches of NMB Bank.

Bijay Giri, Head of Corporate Affairs of NMB Bank said “Shareholders can track their demat shares in a convenient and hassle-free way, anytime and anywhere through mobile banking.”

“It will be easy for shareholders to keep their shares in de -materialized form and carry out their share transactions after opening this account. The demat account holders will also directly get their right share, stock dividend in their account”, added Giri.
