Deepesh Kumar Vaidya Appointed CEO of NMB Capital

As per the decision of the company's Board of Directors, NMB Capital Limited has appointed Mr. Deepesh Kumar Vaidya as the Chief Executive Officer.
The appointment is applicable from 2078/12/06. Vaidya has more than 20 years of work experience in the national and international investment banking sector.
NMB Capital is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NMB Bank Limited. It formally started its operation on September 17, 2010.
NMBCL manages public offering and underwriting of securities, provides trusteeship services for issuance of bonds, debentures, and other marketable securities. It is also licensed to provide ancillary services for the administration of stocks to the issuing companies like Registrar to Shares, Debentures, and Bonds.
The company endorsed a 30% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The most-recent 11th AGM was held on 1st Ashwin, 2078.
