Deadline for applying in the IPO of Upper Tamakoshi extends till Bhadra 1 for applications made from Kathmandu; Deadline for Dolakha district remain unchanged

The deadline for the IPO issuance of Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Company Limited has been extended till Bhadra 1 for the applicants applying from Kathmandu.

Previously, the last day for the application for the IPO was till Shrawan 25, 2075.

The closing date for the applicants applying from Dolakha district remains Bhadra 14 and no changes have been made.

According to the officials at privy, a total of 50,000 applications have been received till Shrawan 23, 2075 and the issue of Rs 105 crore has been fully subscribed on the 8th day.

ICRA Nepal has assigned Grade 4 rating to the IPO issuance indicating below average fundamentals.

The minimum applications can be placed for 30 units and maximum for 300 units. The locals need to apply by filling the forms and submitting it to the designated collection centers.
