Deadline Extended for 1: 1 Rights Offering of Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower

Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited has extended its rights offering deadline. The company opened its rights offering on 18th Bhadra, 2080. The issue was supposed to close on 7th Ashwin but as per the notice, the rights offering will now conclude on 22nd Ashwin, 2080.
The hydropower company has been issuing 100% right shares worth Rs. 10.59 Arba through the issue of 105,900,000 units of right shares to its existing shareholders. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, the paid-up capital of the company will increase to Rs. 21.18 Arba.
Sunrise Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager for this right issue.
The book closure date was scheduled on Shrawan 26, 2080. Thus, the shareholders maintained until the same are deemed eligible for the rights offering.
